Timely harvesting and rapid pressing identify this extra virgin olive oil that comes from the olive heritage of the Saladini Pilastri Company. About 4000 seedlings with the typical cultivars of the Piceno area give this oil a balanced, overall harmonious taste. It has green colour, rich in polyphenols, low acidity rate with a light fruity herbaceous flavour. The hint of green almond and artichoke has a balanced taste of bitter and spicy. Perfect for seasoning grilled beef fillet, ideal on roasts and red meats, give a special touch to legume soups and bruschetta and excellent for enhancing the flavour of cooked and raw vegetables.
