100% Passerina grape, the true heart of Offida. Once the best bunches have been selected, they undergo a soft pressing, decanting and then fermentation at a controlled temperature. It has floral scent notes with hints of anise and sage. The taste is fresh, mineral and savoury. It is a long wine as its aftertaste is persistent.
