Saladini Pilastri monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, a refined product of superior quality made from 100% "Tenera Ascolana" variety, represents and enhances the peculiarities of the Piceno territory. It is known and appreciated in ancient Rome since the time of Pliny. This delicate "Ascolana" olive produces an oil rich in polyphenols, low in acidity, with a light bitter and spicy fruity, overall harmonious and green-yellow colour. Recommended for seasoning starters such as fish, shellfish or molluscs, meat or vegetables and a perfect pairing with legumes boiled on grilled white meats.
