Saladini Pilastri
A noble family from Ascoli, that of the Saladini Pilastri Counts, which boasts over 1000 years of history with a fascinating and prosperous past. The origins and tradition have become strong roots that have established the growth of the farm with about 3 centuries of activity. The land has always been cultivated to produce excellent wine which in the past was usually sold by the sharecrop farmers to the Counts, so that it could age in their oak barrels. Over time, the wine business has become not just a legacy but a cultural heritage of the family that has found a consolidation with the values of the territory.
