The “Conca d'Oro” organic extra virgin olive oil has particular characteristics as the olives are harvested in optimal ripening conditions and are promptly pressed within 24 hours in the company's own oil mill. The slow crushing of the olives takes place at room temperature, with stone millstones that do not alter the organoleptic characteristics of the oil.
