Like in any blend, the first thing you need to know are the varieties of which it is composed: Sargano Ascolano, Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. The harvest is carried out during the first ten days of November through mechanical and manual systems with facilitators. It has a medium fluid consistency with an average intensity scent with almond and tomato nuances. The bitter and spicy are well balanced, releasing a good aromatic persistence.
